DR. KEVIN SMITH M.D., F.A.C.S
Professional Background
Kevin Smith, M.D., F.A.C.S., began his academic journey as a scholarship football player at the University of Michigan. He continued his education at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School in Houston, where he completed both medical school and his residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. Following residency, Dr. Smith pursued a Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the McCollough Clinic in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Smith is double board certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery. He is recognized for discovering the root cause and cure for Chronic Migraines, successfully treating thousands of patients both nationally and internationally. He serves as the owner and lead surgeon of the Smith Center and Smith Sinus Migraine Institute in Spring, Texas.
Leadership, Media (Golf)
Dr. Smith has contributed his expertise as a past advisory board member for Dr. Oz’s nonprofit organization, HealthCorps. He has also made numerous appearances on local and national television and radio programs, including Inside Edition, the Steve Harvey Radio Show, the Tom Joyner Radio Show, the Today Show, and The Doctors. Dr. Smith has enjoyed a rich and rewarding amateur golf career. He was featured on the CBS golf reality show, Golf’s Ultimate Road Trip, in 1996. That same year, he represented the USA golf team in the BMW World Golf Amateur Championship in Sydney, Australia. Dr. Smith is a member of the Nomad Golf Club, one of the oldest and most exclusive African American golf clubs in the United States, founded in 1950. He organized annual Martin Luther King holiday and Juneteenth golf tournaments in Houston, Texas, from 1996 to 2006.

Lucky Cruz - Youngest Professional Golfer with status at the age of 16yrs old competing in Qualifying School on Professional Tour with Official World Golf Ranking. Lucky turned pro at 17 in Oct. 2024 being the youngest with active Professional status. Lucky turned philanthropist, after being exposed to hardships of Jr. Golf and the relationship between investment and golf. Lucky has dedicated this platform to help all kids and support raising funding for various charities.

H.E. Dr. Myeshi Briley is recognized as a United Nations Peace Ambassador representing Saint Croix, distinguished for her leadership and service across a wide range of sectors.
Professional Experience
Dr. Briley has successfully managed operational budget accounts totaling in the trillions, demonstrating a proven ability to increase revenue and financial stewardship. Her expertise encompasses recruiting, fundraising, budget management, accountability, board development, community involvement, staff development, and retention. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Organizational Management and Leadership. Dr. Briley supports a diverse range of charitable organizations worldwide. Her passion lies in business structure, philanthropy, and humanitarian efforts. She has consistently advocated for adults and teen adults diagnosed with disabilities, especially in developing life skills for business. Dr. Briley has devised and implemented effective techniques to help employers hire and promote individuals with disabilities.
Honors and Appointments
2022: Received The President's Volunteer of Service Award
2013: Reappointed to the Texas Special Education Advisory Committee. The committee provides policy guidance regarding special education and related services for children with disabilities in Texas, established by federal regulation and state law.
2014: Appointed to the Texas Continuous Improvement Steering Committee
2014: Appointed by Governor Rick Perry to serve on the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Manufactured Housing Board. The Division regulates the manufactured housing industry in Texas, administering the Texas Manufactured Housing Standards Act and acting as HUD’s state supervisory agent for the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974. The Standards Act ensures manufactured homes are constructed safely, installed correctly, and consumers receive fair remedies, while supporting the economic stability of the Texas manufactured housing industry.
